Anne O’Leary

Anne O’Leary is the CEO of Vodafone Ireland since 2013, having spent five years as the Vodafone Business Director. She joined Vodafone from BT Ireland where she was Managing Director for six years.

As CEO of Vodafone, Anne is committed to continued investment in Ireland’s telecommunications infrastructure. She is also overseeing SIRO, Vodafone’s joint venture with Ireland’s Electricity Supply Board (ESB), who are investing €450m in the roll out of high-speed fibre broadband across Ireland.

Anne has just finished a 12month term as President of Dublin Chamber and is currently the Chairperson of the Irish-based international aid charity, GOAL, a humanitarian aid agency dedicated to alleviating the suffering of the world’s most vulnerable communities.

A Cork native, Anne champions wellbeing and diversity in the workplace and has spearheaded Vodafone securing a position as one of Ireland’s top ten Great Places to Work and achieving the Business Working Responsibly mark.

Caroline Taylor is Vice President and CMO for IBM Global Markets. Based in London, Caroline leads the teams responsible for marketing and communications strategy and execution across seven geographical regions of the world.

Caroline joined IBM in 1997, with extensive experience in the independent software sector. Prior to her career in the technology sector, Caroline worked in fine wine retail, including establishing and running her own mail-order wine business. With 30 years of professional marketing experience, Caroline is an Adjunct Professor at Imperial College Business School in London, and a Fellow of the Marketing Society.

Caroline is a passionate advocate for equality and diversity, and is active as an executive sponsor for diversity in IBM. Caroline is a director and trustee of the Oasis Foundation, and chair of the board of trustees of Stop the Traffik, a charity which is pioneering intelligence-led prevention of human trafficking; connecting community generated big data with sophisticated data analytics.

John McGrath

John is a Senior Solution Architect for IBM Watson Financial Services leading the IBM Centre of Excellence for Corporate Social Responsibility. Based in the IBM Ireland Software Lab, he was previously the Worldwide Practice Leader for IBM Security and Smarter Cities related project delivery.
Prior to joining IBM, he was the Enterprise Program Director for Portal for TransAlta in Canada.

Dónal Óg Cusack

The holder of three All-Ireland senior hurling medals with Cork, goalkeeper Dónal Óg Cusack is also chairperson of the Gaelic Players Association, for whom he has spearheaded campaigns for formal recognition, Government Funding for GAA players and helped to initiate the groundbreaking Player Development Programme.

Cusack’s style as a goalkeeper made him one of the players of his generation. After winning All-Ireland medals at minor and U21 level, he won his first senior All-Ireland in 1999 and has five Munster titles, two All-Stars and two GPA player awards to his name.

In his best-selling biography, Come What May, Cusack revealed that he was gay, for which he was widely praised both in Ireland and abroad. Among his prolific charity work, Dónal Óg is an ambassador for mental health and anti-homophobic bullying. Away from sport, Dónal Óg has worked for the Johnson & Johnson corporation for over a decade as an engineer.
