More than just

More than just work

When I get up to go to work, I look forward to continuously learning new things, and that is a huge part of what I do every day at IBM. I collaborate with amazing people, and I admire how everyone I work with is always learning; their willingness to share what they’re learning, answer my questions and to listen and learn from me as well.

Allison
Joined IBM in 2015

One of the most memorable moments in my career was putting on the Tech Summit for high school and middle school kids, an event to expose students of color to possible careers in tech, with IBM’s Black Network of NY.

Darius
Joined IBM in 2016

Being bold and volunteering for leadership positions within the IBM Millennial Corps and Women of Watson Health has accelerated my career and helped me form mentorships and friendships with innovative IBMers around the world.
