- Integrated Delivery Centres (IDC) demonstrate our global delivery capability. IBM has over 200 000 professionals delivering services in more than 174 countries including South Africa through the Integrated Delivery Centre model. Our IDC model consolidates service delivery activities into an integrated, client-focused organization, ensuring seamless service delivery through our expansive worldwide delivery infrastructure, processes, tools and skilled resources. In the IDC model, the support activities traditionally performed by multiple competency units are covered by a single, cross-functional IDC Engineer. The IDC in South Africa supports over 250 clients located in countries such as Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, United Kingdom and South Africa.
