By car
From A19 (Northbound)
Travelling northbound on A19 from the Tyne Tunnel, at the Silverlink Roundabout take A1058 (Coast Road) west towards Newcastle City Centre. Continue along A1058 for approximately 3 miles, and exit at Chillingham Road (A188) interchange.
At the roundabout, turn right onto A188 Benton Road and continue north for approximately 2 miles to the Four Lane Ends interchange. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A188 Benton Lane and continue north for approximately 1.2 miles.
From A19 (Southbound)
Travelling southbound on A19 towards the Tyne Tunnel, at the Silverlink Roundabout take A1058 (Coast Road) west towards Newcastle City Centre. Continue along A1058 for approximately 3 miles and exit at Chillingham Road (A188) interchange.
At the roundabout, turn right onto A188 Benton Road and continue north for approximately 2 miles until you reach the Four Lane Ends Interchange. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A188 Benton Lane and continue north for approximately 1.2 miles.
Turn right at Balliol roundabout into the Balliol Business Park. Quorum is on the right.
From A1 (Northbound)
Follow A1 northbound over the river Tyne, take B1318 exit signposted to Gosforth & City (north). At the roundabout take the third exit (A1056) signposted Killingworth. Continue along the A1056 (Sandy Lane) for approximately 2 mile until A189 roundabout. At the roundabout, take the third exit and join A189 southbound. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto Benton Lane (A188) and then take the first exit at the next roundabout into the entrance of Balliol Business Park.
From A1 (Southbound)
Travelling south on A1 towards Newcastle upon Tyne, take A19 eastbound at the Seaton Burn junction towards Cramlington. Continue along the A19 for approximately 2 miles and at the Moor Farm Roundabout, take the 4th exit (A189) signposted to Newcastle upon Tyne. Continue along the A189 southbound for approximately 5 miles and at the 3rd roundabout, take the 2nd exit (A188) Benton Lane. Continue along Benton Lane for approximately ¼ mile and turn left at the first roundabout into the entrance of Balliol Business Park.
From Newcastle City Centre
Take A167(M) northbound from Newcastle City Centre and then take the A1058 exit (Jesmond Road) eastbound. Continue along A1058 for approximately 2 miles and exit onto the A188 Benton Road (northbound). Continue along A188 for approximately 1 mile until Four Lane Ends Interchange. Take the 2nd exit off the roundabout at Four Lane Ends onto A188 Benton Lane and continue for approximately 1.2 miles and turn right into the entrance of Balliol Business Park at the Balliol Roundabout.

The Four Lane Ends Metro to Balliol Business Park €˜Hail and Ride€™ shuttle bus (Low Fell Coaches - 331) takes 5-6 minutes and runs at peak periods.
