By car
Travelling anticlockwise on the M25, take Junction 13 and at the roundabout off the Motorway, take the second exit, as if to go back onto the motorway again.
Move over to the extreme left, onto the slip road marked Egham/Windsor and follow the road round the spiral bend to the next roundabout (The Iguana).
There, take the fifth exit (under the M25 bridge), signposted to Staines Town Centre, which takes you onto The Causeway A308. Continue across the first mini roundabout, Lotus Park is just over a half a mile down The Causeway on the left hand side. The entrance is left off the next mini roundabout, with Sainsbury's Superstore, on the right. Free car parking is available on site.

To get to the nearest NCP car park, continue past Lotus Park to the large roundabout. Take the first exit, crossing over Staines Bridge. At the lights, bear left into Bridge Street and the car park entrance is the first turning on the left. You should allow seven minutes approximately to walk from the car park to Lotus Park.
By train
Staines railway station is on the main Windsor to Waterloo line. The fast train takes approximately half an hour from Waterloo to Staines. Lotus Park is approx 15 minutes walk from the station. Walk down the station steps to the end of Station Approach. Turn left into Kingston Road. At the major traffic lights, turn left again, through Staines Town Centre, towards Staines Bridge. Once you have crossed over the bridge, cross the road, having the McVities building on your right. Continue along The Causeway to the mini-roundabout, where you will find the entrance to Sainsbury's Superstore on the left and Lotus Park on the right. Turn right into Lotus Park, then left into the car parking area. Reception is in Block 3, directly in front of you on the right.
From Heathrow Airport
Terminal 4 at Heathrow Airport is within 6 miles of Lotus Staines. Taxis are available outside each of the Heathrow Airport terminals. The journey should cost approximately £40- £50 sterling, however as prices can vary, it may be advisable to agree a total cost before travelling.
Some taxis may be reluctant to take passengers on the short drive to Lotus Park. Any driver who takes a passenger on a short trip from Terminal 4 is automatically allowed back on the Terminal 4 taxi stand without the usual long queue, providing it is within half an hour. If you encounter problems with engaging a taxi this information may help to persuade the driver.
