IBM in Greenock

By car

• From Glasgow M8 follow signs to Greenock, which in turn becomes the A8 (dual carriageway).
• At Langbank roundabout, take the 2nd exit (A8, signposted Greenock).
• At next roundabout, take the 2nd exit (A8, signposted Greenock, Port Glasgow).
• At Newark roundabout take the 2nd exit (A8, signposted Greenock).
• At next roundabout (before Tesco) take the 2nd exit (A8 signposted Greenock, Gourock).
• At next roundabout (after Tesco) take the 2nd exit (A8, signposted Greenock, Gourock).
• Follow the road past the speed camera on your left.
• At next roundabout take the 1st exit (A8, signposted Greenock, Largs, Irvine).
• At next roundabout take 2nd exit.
• At the traffic lights (beside fire station on left, before Morrisons petrol station) turn left and follow sign for Largs and Irvine (A78).
• At the roundabout, take 2nd exit and follow the road uphill.
• Continue along this road until next roundabout
• Take 1st exit at roundabout
• Follow the road past speed camera on left and wind turbine on right.
• Pass petrol station on left and through traffic lights.
• Enter IBM via 1st entrance on left
• Follow road up the hill towards the European Services Delivery Centre (or blue building)
• Disabled parking is available at the reception area
• Visitor spaces available at the top of the car park.
• Reception across from car park.

If you are visiting IBM’s Global Process Services:

• Pass St Columba’s High School on left
• Enter IBM Global Process Services via 1st entrance
• Continue road up the hill
• Parking available beside the building

By public transport

A taxi service is available from Glasgow Airport to IBM (22 miles) or to Paisley Gilmour Street Station (4 miles). A frequent rail service is available to the IBM Halt (Wemyss Bay train), similarly there is a regular service from Glasgow Central Station. IBM Halt is immediately after Branchton Station in Greenock)
