How do I view my orders online?

Hardware and Software orders can be followed through Order Status OnLine.

Please contact your IBM Business Partner for the status of orders you have placed through them.

Why should I obtain an IBM User ID and password?

An IBM User ID and password gives you access to our online tools. Learn more about registration.

Please supply the following information when registering for your IBM User ID:

Accuracy and detail are very important for future online transactions and online tool entitlement.

Note that failure to provide any of the required fields prevents the user from completing IBM Registration.

As required by local data protection regulations, you will also be required to confirm that IBM may store and use your Personal Information to contact you and to export this data outside your country of residence.

When will my delivery arrive?

IBM cannot guarantee a delivery time. However, if you would like to request a specific delivery time please contact us. To determine the status of your order, please use the Order Status OnLine tool.

Who is my Hardware Customer Support Representative?

You can request information about your Hardware Customer Support Representative by submitting a request online (IBM User ID and password is required).

What should I do if the package I ordered is lost or damaged?
