How do I get a copy of my contract?
If you commence business with an IBM Business Partner please contact the particular company in order to get copy of your contract.
If you signed your contract directly with IBM please submit your request online.
How do I terminate my maintenance contract?
Please submit your request to your IBM Business Partner in writing, quoting your contract number and your contact details.
