When will my delivery arrive?

IBM cannot guarantee a delivery time, however if you wish to specify an am or pm delivery please contact your IBM Logistics Administrator on +94 11 2493 500 and they will try to meet your request.

What should I do if the package I ordered is lost or damaged?

Please contact your IBM Account Administrator or the Customer Support Team on +94 11 2493 500 as soon as possible. For damaged goods, please note details on the delivery note for return to IBM.

What if I have a question about my order that isn't answered here?

A Customer Support representative will be happy to assist you with your order inquiries and you can contact them on +94 11 2493 500 Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:30 - 17:00 for assistance. You may also submit a request online. To allow us to better assist you, please include as much detail as possible.
