For 2008 and beyond we will focus on core competencies, services and industries.

Since we are seeing an increasing demand of GD services, we are challenged to focus more on our future skills and markets. We agreed to develop skill groups with a solid number of resources behind them so we can better serve multiple clients with enhanced quality.
We therefore will concentrate on the following skill sets:

• ERP (SAP, Oracle)
• Java (J2EE, Java)
• ETL (AbInitio, MicroStrategy, Datastage)
• Business Intelligence
• Mainframe/Cobol

Based on the current and future demand we also see the need to focus on specific industries. The predominant ones are:
Banking, Retail, Communication and Oil & Gas.

The current growth plays around SAP, IOD and SOA will also be of importance and therefore reflected in our skill groups.

While concentrating on the above mentioned core skills, we will enhance and develop service skills with the focus on:

• Customer Relationship Management
• Financial Management
• Human Capital Management
• Supply Chain Management

AS part of the global integrated delivery, we need to strenthen the link to our other GC centers around the globe. This will allow us to transfer knowledge faster, manage staff mobilization and build global communities and networks.
