As part of the global delivery network we are facing interesting times. Demand for global delivery is rising all over the world. Many clients are convinced of the value GD can deliver to them. Companies are acting globally already and they will therefore follow the IBM global delivery approach for their apllication management and other related services.
This is our chance to support our clients in concentrating on their core business while the management of their applications, systems and processes rest with IBM.
We will also use the opportunity to improve our current skills. Clients are looking for business process specific skills and for deeper insight in their industries.
I am also proud to announce that the IBM GDC Romania recently achieved Level 3 of CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration). This is an important quality step and will help us to continue up on this maturity model. We have plans in place to achieve the missing levels over the next years.
Currently, we have a lot of opportunities ahead of us for next year and beyond. Therefore I am very excited to lead this team. I am confident, that we will continue to provide great services to our customers and that we will continue to grow based on our results. This in turn will provide many opportunities to our employees
