Selection procedure

IBM ISSC Kft is working together with Adecco - in order to select the bests for our company.

Together with Adecco we built up our common recruitment procedure where Adecco as our official recruitment partner plays a key role.

As the part of the preselection you will have to fill out our language test where we can check if the level of your knowledge is fit to our high level requirements. In most cases we select our candidates on the traditional way of interviewing. During the short interview with the recruitment professionals at Adecco you can give a hint of your skills, experience and about your interest. We will introduce our company and the job possibilities which we think are the best fits to your skill profile.

After the preselection an IBM interview is scheduled between the candidate and the hiring manager. The final decision of hiring is made based on this interview evaluation by your future manager.
