IBM's Budapest-based client services center provides end-to-end customer relationship services for IBM companies and other. The CRMC's aim is to provide high-value, quality and accurate services for customers. While by analyzing their needs it can also support their marketing and sales activities. The most important skills of the center's employees are flexibility and effectiveness during the daily contact with clients.
