The building is located on Santa Hortensia, which is the
street between Avenida de América and Corazón de María. You
can get there by public transit, using either the Metro (subway)
or the EMT buses, or by car - we have reserved parking for
visitors in the building's garage. If you are travelling by
taxi, just tell the driver to take you to "Corazón
de María, edificio IBM" (the IBM building, near the street
Corazón de María).

SOUTH
Take the Extremadura highway (N-V) towards the city
center, and exit on to the M-30 East (exit 2A). Once
you have passed under the Puente de Ventas, exit
the M-30 East on to Avenida de América (exit
5A). Head west along Avenida de América, then take
the first road on the right (exit 3) to Corazón
de María.
NORTH
From the north, head south along the M-30 East,
pass the exits for Costa Rica, Ramón y Cajal, and Zaragoza
(exits 3, 4, 5), and exit the M-30 East on to Avenida
de América (exit 5B). Head west along Avenida de
América, then take the first road on the right (exit
3) to Corazón de María.
EAST (Airport)
From the airport, head west along the N-II highway
until you pass over the M-30 East, then take the first
road on the right (exit 3) to Corazón de María.
WEST
Take the La Coruña highway (N-VI) to the M-30 West,
then head south to the exit for Plaza Cristo Rey
(either exit 20A or 20B). Take the street Cea Bermúdez
to José Abascal, continue across the avenue Paseo
de la Castellana, then take María de Molina to
Avenida de América. Once on Avenida de América, veer
to the right to Corazón de María and Parque de
las Avenidas.

It's a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station,
Cartagena (on line 7), or you can take bus #72,
which stops right at the IBM building. Other nearby
stations include Prosperidad, Alfonso XIII (line
4) and Parque de las Avenidas (line 7), which
are all a 12-minute walk away. The Avenida de América
subway station (lines 4, 6, 7 and 9) is a 15-minute
walk from the IBM building, or you can take bus #72.

- From the Airport (east): get off the bus
at the Avenida de América bus-stop, then take bus
#72, which stops right at the IBM building.

- From Puerta del Sol (centre): take bus #52
to Príncipe de Vergara, then take bus #72 on
Avenida de América to Corazón de María. 45 minutes.
- From Atocha (south): take the bus Circular
(C) to Francisco Silvela and get off between Diego
de León and Avenida de América, or take bus #26
and get off at the end of the line. Then take bus
#72 to Corazón de María. 50 minutes.
- From Plaza Castilla (north): take either
bus #27 or bus #147 to Concha Espina,
which is in front of the soccer stadium, Santiago
Bernabéu. From there, take bus #43 to Corazón
de María. 45 minutes.
- From Moncloa (west): ): take the Circular
(C) bus to Avenida de América, then take bus #72
to Corazón de María. 50 minutes.
