IBM UK recognise the value of evolving long term working partnerships with a core group of specialist suppliers which is based on mutual trust and understanding. We expect our agencies to support our business strategies by developing a keen knowledge of our culture and business acumen. Our suppliers take pride in their performance which is measured to strict service level agreements. Supporting this relationship, IBM will not accept any terms relating to unsolicited curriculum vitaes sent from unapproved vendors direct to our business or the EMEA Recruitment Centre.

How can you become an approved supplier?
IBM currently operates a business partnership with Hy-phen workforce management solutions, who provide a managed agency service. They are responsible for our preferred supplier list and for the service delivery/performance management of the agencies that provide candidates to IBM. Should you wish to be considered as a supplier to IBM, you will need to register your interest with Hy-phen direct on ibmas@uk.ibm.com
