Why did you apply to IBM?
The main attraction was that I was looking for a company that didn’t recruit through a specific discipline because I’m a psychology student but I still wanted to work in business and there is no direct link there. From talking to the recruitment team, they told me that they were willing to take people on from any background, fit them into a role and build up their skills throughout the year.
