• Salary and Benefits

  Along with 25 days holiday (pro rata), we offer a competitive salary of £15,000 (pro rata). In addition, we reward outstanding students a performance related bursary of up to £1000 at the end of the 9 month placement. This can be put towards the Raleigh Expedition, travelling, towards savings for university or anything else you can think of!

There's a dedicated IBM social club offering everything from discounted weekends away to theatre and theme park trips. Our students really are a close knit community and every year they organise an annual ski trip, summer ball and Christmas do.
