• Systems and Technology Group

  IBM Systems and Technology Group is responsible for IBM’s hardware, this includes Blades, System x, System p (UNIX based), System i, System z (Mainframe) and System Storage. IBM Systems are being designed around the core principles of collaboration, openness and virtualisation; essential ingredients of the kind of integrated infrastructure that can move businesses to the next generation of computing — collaborative processing. Collaborative processing is what happens when an organisation transcends its standard organisational boundaries, changing the way people interact with each other and with the IT environment that supports them.

• Sales & Distribution

  IBM Sales and Distribution develops, integrates, sells and distributes IBM’s wide array of products and services via face-to-face and telephone/web sales teams, plus IBM’s Business Partners. It includes ibm.com, IBM General Business, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, and Legal. IBM Sales and Distribution delivers specialised solutions by sector, including Banking, Insurance, Public Sector, Industrial enterprises, and Distribution. • Integrated Technology Delivery

  IT Delivery is responsible for worldwide service delivery in support of IBM's Strategic Outsourcing business. IT Delivery, which manages the world's largest privately-owned IT infrastructure - with 426 data centers, 1,100 mainframes and 200,000 mid-range servers - is charged with reinventing service delivery by leveraging IBM's global scale, skill set and technology.
