By joining IBM's Global Marketing Center in Romania, you will work alongside our marketing professionals in Europe and Middle East. The majority of the team works in the key marketing disciplines of Performance or Portfolio Marketing.

The Performance Marketing team leads and supports a variety of demand generation activities including campaign planning, management and execution, digital marketing, marketing automation, events planning and execution, and co-marketing.

The Portfolio Marketing team in our Global Marketing Center supports their country marketing teams in assuming accountability for business results in their segment by understanding attractive and addressable markets, recommending portfolio priorities, and developing and driving the execution of the segment marketing plan. In collaboration with sales leaders and other marketing functions, the Portfolio team develops marketing and go-to-market strategies and coordinates actions to drive performance in their segment, including routes-to-market, awareness, demand programs and enablement plans.

  • - Campaign Manager

    As a Campaign Manger, you will develop, lead and execute an integrated end-to-end campaign strategy that supports the category business objectives and delivers the right mix of digital and event tactics to increase pipeline and create new leads. This extends from applying analytics to better profile, target and retarget prospects through to dynamically adapting campaigns to deliver higher quality responses and improve conversions rates.

    The Digital Strategist will be focal point for the worldwide and Europe digital team – in regular and close interlock with the optimization team, European digital team and worldwide digital team.

    The Social Media Specialist orchestrates the development of the social strategy & partner for its successful execution with the goal of improving visibility, reach, and engagement of IBMers across the social web. Social Media Specialists actively monitor, engage and measure effectiveness of social venues, presences and messages They will actively provide guidance, training and critical feedback to those engaged in support of this area of our business, social engagement, helping the community build eminence in their individual fields of expertise while in turn growing IBM's influence in the market.

    The qualified individual is a skilled collaborator who effectively works across organizations and will work directly with WW Digital Strategists, Market Development & Insights, Portfolio Marketing, cross-brand social teams and Analyst/Press Relations teams to provide oversight for all aspects of a social business program including social listening research, planning, engagement and measurement to achieve program objectives through digital and social media.

    The Analytics Specialist works closely with Marketing and Sales Teams in the strategic use of IBMs databases and processes to support Marketing objectives and activities. The Analytics Specialist is involved to find new approaches to using data, tools and processes to improve business results.
