By joining IBM's Global Marketing Center in Romania, you will work alongside our marketing professionals in Europe and CEE. The majority of the team works in the key marketing disciplines of Demand Programs or Market Segment Management.

The Demand Programs team supports a variety of demand generation activities including campaign planning, management and execution, digital marketing, marketing automation, events planning and execution, and co-marketing.

The Market Segment Management (MSM) team in our Global Marketing Center supports their country marketing teams in assuming accountability for business results in their segment by understanding attractive and addressable markets, recommending portfolio priorities, and developing and driving the execution of the segment marketing plan. In collaboration with sales leaders and other marketing functions, the MSM team develops marketing and go-to-market strategies and coordinates actions to drive performance in their segment, including routes-to-market, awareness, demand programs and enablement plans.

    As a Demand Programs Professional, you act as an extension to the Demand Program team in one specific country and assist the team with campaign planning and tactic execution; the role requires a strong understanding of the demand generation campaign planning process.

    As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you work and act as an extension to the marketing teams in a specific country.

    You role will include all areas of digital marketing, oversight of brand web properties, content management/site updating, offer mapping, website optimization, performance tracking, search engine optimization and tactic analytics.

    An important area of this role will be measuring and analyzing the existing tactics (email marketing, web, social media) and making recommendations to improve the results of this tactic.
