Applying to IBM in Wroclaw
We are currently accepting applications for a whole range of opportunities. The selection process may take between 2 and 6 weeks and will differ slightly depending on which type of role you are applying for. Our Recruitment team will be able to advise and you will receive further details of what to expect during the process once you have passed the application screening stage.
Our recruitment process:
STEP 1
Submit your CV.
STEP 2
Initial interviews and qualification tests. This step may include initial telephone interviews, language tests, group tasks.
STEP 3
Face-to-face interviews and tests. This step gives you the opportunity to meet our teams and gain more insight into what we’re looking for. We will appoint a team of both recruitment professionals as well as technical specialists.
STEP 4
Communicating the decision. Our Recruitment team will inform you of the outcome of your application.
