We would like to invite you all to meet with our Recruitment Team on several events this year. As we are looking for talented, open and motivated people to join our center in Cracow, we are pleased to be able to meet you and present our job offer and opportunities.

Due to a constant development of our centre, we continue searching for people who would like to begin their career in accounting and finance. We seek ambitious open and motivated employees who know foreign languages.

Job Fairs

In spring and autumn edition we are waiting for you at Pedagogical University in Cracow, at Economic University in Cracow, at Jagiellonian University in Cracow.

Virtual Job Fairs

One of the permanent activities repeating each year are job fairs, which enable a direct contact with candidates, the possibility of talking about the Centre and encouraging the best candidates to begin their work in IBM. In spring edition we participate in Virtual Job Fairs organized by the biggest portals, where one of the elements is a direct chat of candidates with the recruitment department. During the virtual job fairs you can take part in chats – we are waiting to answer all your questions.

Additional events on Universities

Each year we are organizing several meetings with students on universities. On Jagiellonian University we held IBM Academy – lectures and workshops lead by Recruitment Team and our Trainers. During IBM Academy students can learn about IBM history, recruitment processes. Our Internal Trainers prepare workshops about accountancy and customer service.

The Pedagogical University of Cracow, second time turned to IBM BTO with the proposal of cooperation within an interesting Master Pro Project. This initiative concerns adjusting curriculum (within master's degree studies in the Institute of Modern Languages of the Pedagogical University of Cracow) to the needs of job market.
Within this cooperation we have the possibility of sharing our knowledge with students as the employees of our centre give lectures and workshops.
