Financial Management consultants help CFOs and financial organizations maximize the value of their finance organization by developing a vision and a blueprint for the organization's future and generally keeping them on top of the changing role of finance.
More specifically, our FM consultants strive to: improve profit and shareholder value, reduce the cost of finance through efficient transaction processing and provide decision makers with the right information at the right time. To that end, they work closely with alliance partners, such as SAP, Oracle, Cognos, Hyperion and others to implement the financial processes and underlying technologies required to serve the core financial system needs of our clients.
Financial management consultants are expected to bring many skills to the table, including strategic vision, organizational design, analytical planning, budgeting & forecasting, knowledge of financial applications and risk management and good knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Cognos, Hyperion or other systems.
