The information below will give you some idea of what to expect. Very briefly, we have a 4 stage selection process:
On average you can expect the whole selection process to take between 6 - 8 weeks. This is from when you submit your application to potentially being made a job offer. The timings do depend on when we have selection days planned

You need to complete our online application form to apply for a graduate job. Your application will be screened initially by the graduate recruitment team and provided that you meet the basic criteria, you will be invited to participate in our on-line aptitude test. |

| If you get through the screening stage, the next part of the process will be an online aptitude test. |
| |
|
If you achieve the minimum score required on the online aptitude test then we will invite you to a first round selection day. |
| |
|
| If you're successful at a first round day, then we will invite you to attend a one day assessment centre. |
