The Selection Process

 
The Selection Process
The information below will give you some idea of what to expect. Very briefly, we have a 4 stage selection process:

Application Form | Tests | 1st Round Selection Day | Assessment Centre

On average you can expect the whole selection process to take between 6 - 8 weeks. This is from when you submit your application to potentially being made a job offer. The timings do depend on when we have selection days planned
 
Application Form

You need to complete our online application form to apply for a graduate job. Your application will be screened initially by the graduate recruitment team and provided that you meet the basic criteria, you will be invited to participate in our on-line aptitude test.

 
Tests

If you get through the screening stage, the next part of the process will be an online aptitude test.

 
First Round Selection Day

If you achieve the minimum score required on the online aptitude test then we will invite you to a first round selection day.

 
Assessment Centre

If you're successful at a first round day, then we will invite you to attend a one day assessment centre.
