We run a number of different student internship schemes, you just have to decide which one is right for you. You’ll need to spend some time thinking about what interests you, where your skills lie and match these to the opportunities we have on offer.

All vacancies are listed on the IBM Ireland External Recruitment Website.

If you are interested in any of the opportunities, you can apply online and submit your CV.

We will then match your CV with the Job Requirements. If there is a good match we will forward your CV to the Hiring Manager who will decide whether to call you for Interview or not.

But it’s not all work and no play

On the social side, there are lots of student networking opportunities including sporting events, social events, volunteering programmes and recognition events … all of which will give you an experience that is second to none.

In association with Universities and Institutes of Technology, IBM provides placements to students enrolled in degree programmes. The placements are are organised around the College degree programme and normally run from February/March to September/October. A student placement with IBM is the ideal opportunity to develop your Technical, business and personal skills.
