IBM DSS, as employer
A manufacturing plant's organization differs in many ways from those known in the service industry. Among the generally known functions, we can also find some positions, which are typical in the manufacturing industry, and even the hierarchy follows a different pattern. In order to help our employees find the way between the open positions, we introduce the IBM DSS organization.
