Lab Service Consultant
Short Description of tasks:
- Lab Services Consultant for CEEMEA. Technical consultants with customer facing and deep technical skills in Power (p and i), Storage and modular. These positions are to fill current billable customer demand and typically require 70% travel in CEEMEA and other geos as required. These positions require an ability to work with customers, account teams, technical consultants and management and are fully recovered to the Lab Services Business.
- Capable with their network to find service projects
- Having connections with the sales team in STG (but also GTS/GBS/SWG)
- Responsibilities will include planning, installing, data migration, system administration, problem determination, skills transfer (to customers, business partners and IBMers) and documentation as part of services engagements at customer sites and IBM locations.
- In this position you will interface directly with the customer, Sales, Marketing and Development. Therefore, you should have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues. Location flexible.
Requirements
- Education: University degree
- Language: fluent English written and verbal
- Strong Business English
- Willing to Travel
- Deep Technical knowledge, skill and experience working with Power (p and i), Storage and modular system
- Good Communication skill
