You'll have 2 managers at IBM. A Professional Development Manager and a Business Manager. Your Business Manager is there to manage you on a day-to-day basis, and overseeing the activities you're working on. Your Professional Development Manager is there to help you manage your career and your professional development.

When you start, you’ll be invited to join our Young IBMers Club where you can network with our current IBM students and graduates. The club actively arranges social gatherings, workshops and educational workshops. It’ll also help you meet and get to know other new IBMers so you can even sort out shared accommodation.
