Customer Service Team Leader
- leads, motivates and encourages continuous improvement within a team of Customer Service Representatives
- Addresses complex entitlement and contract queries globally
- Handles customer call as required
Qualifications:
- University degree
- 2+ years of experience
- must have excellent command of one of English language
- fluent near native command of one of the following languages: French - German - Italian - Spanish
- flexibility to work on shifts
- excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- good command of business computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, internet browsing, etc.)
Customer Service Representative
- handles high priority, fast moving requests from customers
- takes appropriate action to maintain customer satisfaction
- monitors call queues to ensure customer service levels are achieved
Qualifications:
- University degree
- relevant experience is an advantage
- fresh graduates are encouraged
- must have excellent command of one of English language
- fluent near native command of one of the following languages:
