Under the auspices of the Egyptian government, IBM is establishing a new business Process Delivery Center in Cairo. The Center will deliver business process outsourcing services globally for a range of functions (back-office, transaction processing, technical support and call center operations).

The establishment of the new IBM center promotes Egypt as a competitive business location providing high value services to global customers, strengthening Egypt's position as a promising market for services delivery while availing excellent job opportunities for Egyptian youth.
