Nearly 100 students and entry level candidates join us every year in the Nordics, so although IBM is a huge organisation, you’ll instantly be part of a community of like-minded individuals.

Buddy/Mentor Program for graduates

You will be assigned a buddy, who will support you in acquiring the skills, tools and expertise to fulfill the job. There will also be opportunities to engage a mentor, who will provide valuable guidance and feedback to become successful in the job-role. As a graduate at IBM you will receive enhanced support from your Professional Development manager, who will help you plan your development and guide you on your future career path.

Skill development

Whether you're focusing on business or personal skills development, we have our own dedicated training organization to help. There are literally hundreds of courses available for you to choose from. And it's not all about sitting in a classroom. You'll have the flexibility to fit your training in around you – with down-loadable courses, pod-casts and web-casts.

Career development

You'll have two managers at IBM, a Graduate Manager and a Business Manager. Your Business Manager will guide you to develop the skills and expertise to be successful in your job-role and at the same time ensure you gain experience through day-to-day client or project tasks.
