As a Sales graduate at IBM you need to
How it is to be a graduate:
Jens joined the Nordic Sales Graduate Program in September 2013 as a part of System & Technology Group sales in Denmark after graduating with a Cand. Merc in Management of Innovation and Business Development.
“As a Graduate at IBM I am a part of an international corporation, which takes my ideas and insight seriously. It gives me a good foundation for the many job opportunities within IBM both in the Nordic countries, but also internationally. IBM's Global Sales school was the best, most hands on educational program I ever attended. By using real cases they gave us the practical tools to improve our skills as a sales consultant, which gives us the foundation to make a difference for our clients and for IBM.”
Marie Louise joined the Nordic Sales Graduate Program in 2013 as part of the Public Sector Team in Denmark. She holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Aarhus University and has previous work experience from among others the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
”As an IBM graduate I enjoy being in a position where sector specific knowledge and experience is much appreciated. My Master's degree in Political Science and experience from working in the public sector has proved very useful for what I do at IBM. It also testify the fact that IBM needs a diverse pool of graduates and genuinely encourage more graduates with a degree in other fields than business to apply for the program. Joining a graduate program is a great way to begin a professional career, gain new skills and a large network among new colleagues. Besides working for an international market leader like IBM, it opens up a lot of international job opportunities.”
