You'll work collaboratively in sales teams to provide solutions that best meet our clients' needs and contribute to their marketplace success. Initially you will work alongside experienced sales teams working with clients, giving presentations, attend client meetings and promotional events.
The program for Sales graduates lasts 24 months. During this time Sales graduates will attend a sales training program, which is a combination of Learning Labs, Experience Accelerators and Challenges during their Global Sales School journey. Experience Accelerators get new sellers involved in real sales situations before they encounter them on their own. The Global Sales School Challenges are an opportunity to learn about selling in an authentic IBM sales environment, working in teams and using real IBM sales and collaboration tools.
In addition sales graduates will participate in various learning activities specific to their sales role and area of responsibility.

Our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization is seeking a qualified Supply Chain Management candidate for a position within our Procurement department. Responsibilities may include planning, training, enhancement to existing processes, exercising, management and measurement of all activities involved in procurement sourcing, and will include contracting and negotiation activities for products and services. The role also may coordinate and collaborate with customers and key partners, which can be OEM manufacturers, ISV's, acquisitions, and third-party service providers.
The program for Procurement Specialist graduates lasts 24 months. Throughout a tailored training program you will be exposed to various aspect of the Procurement operation and disciplines. The training and skills development includes e-learning, class training and 'on the job' training. The Procurement organization is optimized at Nordic level with support from international Sourcing Hubs and as such you will naturally be part of an international team environment.
This is an entry level position and we require candidates to have a degree within business/supply chain or engineering and preferably also some experience from similar areas.
