Sales Graduate experiences

How it is to be a graduate:

Jens joined the Nordic Sales Graduate Program in September 2013 as a part of System & Technology Group sales in Denmark after graduating with a Cand. Merc in Management of Innovation and Business Development.
“As a Graduate at IBM I am a part of an international corporation, which takes my ideas and insight seriously. It gives me a good foundation for the many job opportunities within IBM both in the Nordic countries, but also internationally. IBM's Global Sales school was the best, most hands on educational program I ever attended. By using real cases they gave us the practical tools to improve our skills as a sales consultant, which gives us the foundation to make a difference for our clients and for IBM.”

Tine Anneberg joined the Nordic Sales Graduate Program in 2015 as part of the Systems Middleware Team in Denmark. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Aarhus University and has previous work experience from among others Siemens A/S.
“As an IBM graduate you become part of a very welcoming worldwide team. You immediately step in to a role with the opportunity to create your own success and impact the journey you would like your graduate time to be. I meet some of Denmark’s most interesting companies, gain insight into their business and work with them on how we in IBM can help develop their business to be ready for the future –that motivates me!”
