We expect our agencies to support our business strategies by developing a keen knowledge of our culture and business, and also to take pride in their performance, which we measure to strict service level agreements. We are selective about the relationships we develop, and each of them is built on mutual trust and understanding.
For that reason, we won’t accept any unsolicited CVs sent from unapproved vendors, either directly to our hiring managers or the Swiss Recruitment team.
How can you become an approved supplier?
IBM currently operates a business partnership with Hays AG, a Recruitment Full Service Provider, who provides us with a managed agency service. They are responsible for the service delivery and performance management of the agencies that provide candidates to IBM. If you would like to be considered as a supplier to IBM, you will need to register your interest with Hays AG (Thomas Orth) direct by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
