 IBM Bulgaria is proud to announce that its Business Transformation Outsourcing (BTO) business is opening a new strategic Delivery Centre in Sofia.
Business Transformation Outsourcing (BTO) combines process, people and technology transformation with an outsourced delivery model. Within BTO we take our Client's core ‘back office’ functions in areas such as Finance and Administration, Customer Support Services, HR and Procurement and provide those services from our own Delivery Centres.
The BTO solutions we deliver provide the relevant industry expertise, the key partner and alliance relationships and the range of processes and technology solutions that enable our Client’s to deal with the complexities of managing transformation to our Delivery Centres and then enable us to apply continuous improvement to ensure that our services are always at the leading edge.
We continuously invest in our people, processes and technology to ensure we create value, while driving continuous innovation. In a rapidly changing business environment, we want to ensure that we deliver a flexible and efficient business model with managed growth strategies.
 Currently, IBM is launching a long-term project to provide support for one of its major customers. To contribute to the success of this project we have a range of exciting services that we need junior and more experienced professionals to help us deliver. These services will require competency in a number of different languages.
IBM prides itself in recruiting highly energetic and motivated staff and we will invest significant energy and time in training suitable candidates. The roles provide a basis for further development and advancement in areas like customer relationship management, technical support, finance, accounting or people management functions.
