ECuRep supports several methods for sending data to IBM. The file size of your data largely determines the methods available for use.

Due to legal requirements, plain FTP will be supported until further notice. Only FTPS (FTP over TLS) and SFTP (FTP over SSH) will be supported for manual uploads (in addition to HTTPS and utilities).
All server enforce authentication. For Web access, you need to authenticate using your IBM ID. For FTPS and SFTP servers you need to create an IBM Support File Transfer ID.

For SFTP and FTPS the IBM Support File Transfer ID will be used to authenticate. This IBM Support File Transfer ID is valid until revoked. The password part of it is only displayed at creating time. If you are loosing this password, you need to delete the ID and create a new one.

Please note that we will replace all certificates that expire by new "Extended Validation" (EV) certificates. This means that the Certificate Authority (CA) might change.

For uploading problem documentation files using "other methods" (like IBM Support Assistant (ISA), Service Request (SR), or ServiceLink / IBMLink), please have a look at our help section or refer to the IBM Electronic Support page.
