General usage information
Email should not be used to exchange sensitive information. ECuRep Email servers are offering server to server encryption optionally only.
Size limit of Emails sending to IBM support
ECuRep Email servers are limited to accept 20 MB size Emails.
Client facing SMTP servers may be limited to a smaller limit!
Reply mails from ECuRep
If you do not get an "Reply mail" from ECuRep service, that your mail has arrived within 1-2 hours, please check your origin mail for the correct problem ticket ID and resend the mail with the correct ticket ID, if necessary.
