Junior IT positions (1st level support)
Operators monitor customer information systems or networks through a monitoring software and solve arising problems at the basic level. More complex problems are passed over to specialised experts (2nd level support). Emphasis is placed on fast and responsible decision-making, communication skills and team work. Operators work in non-stop service (24/7).

Computer Operator
Their job includes monitoring of remote information systems, analysis of problematic situations and problems solution at the basic level. The operators must have basic knowledge of systems administration on the platform MS Windows and UNIX. Other technologies include administration of database servers, ERP applications or e-Biz technologies.

Network Operator
They are responsible for monitoring of networks and network applications, analysis of problems and their solution at the basic level. They must be familiar with the TCP/IP, routers, DNS, IP Services, Cisco and Nortel.

Customer Service Representative / Call Centre Operator
Their job includes support provision to end customers over the telephone or in another interactive form of communication. Language and communication skills are essential for this position, previous experience in the field of IT is an advantage but not necessary.


Senior IT positions (2nd level support)
Senior positions require detailed knowledge and practical experience in the relevant area of specialisation (Windows, UNIX, databases...). Senior specialists provide solutions of complex customer problems in the given field.

System Specialist
System specialists must have detailed knowledge and practical experience in the field of administration of the relevant operation systems (Windows, UNIX, or Mainframe). Their job includes administration of comprehensive customer systems – services installation, data backup, changes of system configurations, software implementation.

Network Specialist
Network specialists must be well oriented in the field of Cisco IOS, Checkpoint FW-1, Nortel and 3COM network facilities. Knowledge of switches and routers is important as well. Their job includes configuration of network services, network facilities and network applications and administration of network components within comprehensive environments.

Database Specialist
Database specialists must be well oriented in the field of database systems administration (DB2, Oracle, ...). Their job includes solution of complex problems and implementation of new solutions – administration of servers, installations, data structure and database objects.

Lotus Notes Specialist
Lotus Notes specialists must be thoroughly familiar with the issues of Lotus Notes groupware, Lotus Domino server and Lotus Notes client. Their job includes designing new solutions and development of tools for increasing efficiency of the customer infrastructure.

Applications Specialist
Application specialists with detailed knowledge of specific products, such as Tivoli, ERP (SAP), etc. Their job includes services installation on customer systems, their administration, optimising or comprehensive troubleshooting.


Other positions

Infrastructure Administrator
The job consists of assets management and orders management. Administrative employees must have good knowledge of MS Office, IT hardware and software components, and above-average communication skills. We require fast decision-making, responsibility, thoroughness, capability of team work.

Project Manager
Is responsible for comprehensive preparation and implementation of projects, has a leading role within the entire project team. At this senior position, comprehensive knowledge of project management and sufficient experience in this field are of key importance.

People Manager
The manager is responsible for leading a team of several dozen people. He/she increases the quality of services provided to customers, as well as the professional development of the employees. Experience in service delivery environment and in the field of team leadership is essential.
