Introduction

Business Partners play a key role in the market approach of IBM as primary suppliers for the delivery of IT Solutions to the SMB segment but also to bigger companies.

Because of this strategic importance, IBM and the IBM Business Partners decided in 1996 to formally establish their collaboration through the IBM Business Partner Charter and this, at a worldwide level. Now, the core competencies of both IBM Business Partners and IBM are gathered to obtain one total solution.
