The Demo Area is a large open space in the IBM Forum Brussels, in which all kinds of activities and demonstrations are organised. Because our centre welcomes over 18,000 visitors every year, this is a good opportunity for you to put your products and services on display throughout the year.

The IBM Forum centres offer a wide range of industry-specific and general solutions from IBM, from our Strategic Alliances and from important local partners. Visitors can receive first-hand information from experts. In this way, the IBM Forum Centers become demonstration spaces where customers can "touch and feel" the industrial solutions that meet their wishes and needs.

IBM Forum - Services

The IBM Forum Brussels offers a wide range of services and support. All facilities are scalable and can be adapted to your personal wishes and the newest advances in ICT. If you are looking for an effective way to inform and convince your customers on IT topics, we will be glad to help you by offering the following:

Advising and coordinating events:

  • room reservation
  • skilled, professional speakers
  • catering (breakfast, sandwich lunch, VIP lunch, coffee, cocktails, etc.)
  • evaluation forms
  • badges and parking spaces

Tending to a broad technical support during (and outside of) the events:

  • access to all required technical facilities
  • free access to the internet for everybody
  • use of the latest audio and video technologies
  • use of double projection
  • broadcasting and net meetings in all (meeting) rooms
  • video conferencing
  • recording presentations and workshops, producing video material

Tending to the following events, for instance:

IBM Forum - Our facilities

The IBM Forum Brussels has a variety of rooms at its disposal: from small meeting rooms for up to 12 people to large auditoria with a capacity of up to 220 people.

The standard facilities of all rooms include: audio and video equipment, access to the internet, double projection and two large projection screens.

Extra facilities are available on request, such as: video recording, video conferencing, extra microphones, welcome texts, demos on plasma screens, broadcasting and stands. Furnishing of the room depends on the nature of the presentation.
