The IBM Forum Brussels offers a wide range of services and support. All facilities are scalable and can be adapted to your personal wishes and the newest advances in ICT. If you are looking for an effective way to inform and convince your customers on IT topics, we will be glad to help you by offering the following:

Tending to a broad technical support during (and outside of) the events:

IBM Forum - Our facilities

The IBM Forum Brussels has a variety of rooms at its disposal: from small meeting rooms for up to 12 people to large auditoria with a capacity of up to 220 people.

The standard facilities of all rooms include: audio and video equipment, access to the internet, double projection and two large projection screens.

Extra facilities are available on request, such as: video recording, video conferencing, extra microphones, welcome texts, demos on plasma screens, broadcasting and stands. Furnishing of the room depends on the nature of the presentation.
