IBM Forum - Our facilities

The IBM Forum Brussels has a variety of rooms at its disposal: from small meeting rooms for up to 12 people to large auditoria with a capacity of up to 220 people.

The standard facilities of all rooms include: audio and video equipment, access to the internet, double projection and two large projection screens.

Extra facilities are available on request, such as: video recording, video conferencing, extra microphones, welcome texts, demos on plasma screens, broadcasting and stands. Furnishing of the room depends on the nature of the presentation.
